Happy Tuesday! Sitting here watching Good Morning America and they are talking about how wonderful broth diets/fasts are for you! Literally started a 48hr broth fast this morning to detox from my not-so-fabulous start to 2018. I shared my favorite broth recipe HERE. Always make sure and get medical advice before starting any type of fast by the way. I can say that it has worked WONDERS for me personally with my bladder disease.
Today I wanted to chat all about wallpaper! You guys know that I am a freak for a good wallpaper pattern. It is such a great way to transform a space and add that perfect pop of color and pattern. I also truly believe that it can be such a timeless statement in a home as well. Yes, I just said timeless and wallpaper in the same sentence. I personally have always loved homes with wallpaper and it has been around for centuries! With any home decor, it’s all about what you love and what works best in your space whether it is in or out of style at the time.
