I have serious closet envy. Every single time I open my Instagram feed, there is at least one fashion blogger typing away on a desk in their 500 square foot closet decked out with storage islands bigger than my kitchen island, shoe shelving larger than our pantry and chandeliers that are to die for. I mean, do they really work in their closets?!? Although our large closet is partially what sold me on our home, let’s just say ours does not resemble a Victoria’s Secret dressing room. Not even close. Think Storage Wars. When they open a unit, things are falling out everywhere and you can barely walk inside. Yep, that’s ours! I dream of the day we will finally tackle that monstrosity. In the meantime, I decided to take on a pint-sized mini closet makeover project that simply required a quart of paint, fun little baskets and wall decals.
Don’t have too much closet envy! 😉
