Are you ready for more #projecthayesdreamhouse? If you follow me on Instagram (@addisonswonderland) you may have seen a little sneaky peeky of our guest bedroom at the cabin last week…
Yes, for some strange reason on day one of my cabin getaway, I decided to paint a wall. Decorating, designing and DIY is my little happy place. So once Winter laid down for her nap, I was off to paint land while Addie caught bugs outside. To be quite honest, the guest bedroom at our cabin is kind of the last decorating project on my mind. It has become a catch all for random furnishings and accessories that haven’t found a home somewhere else in our home. The “rejects” if you will. And since I frequent HomeGoods a little too much, I’ve accumulated quite a stash. We do love our guests but the time and the budget only allow so much so this room is what it is. What I did think would add a pop of “WOW” was a fun accent wall. I tried white walls. I really did. I lasted a little while at least!
