Hi sweet friends! I truly truly mean that. From the very first day I started my blog, it has been an outlet for me. A little getaway within the walls of my very own home to get creative and be honest and share tidbits of our lives. The good, the bad and the crazy. Without even realizing it, you all have become a part of my life over these last five years. Lifting me up when I have needed it most. Lately things have been veering off course a bit in my life and once again, it has been such a nice little alternate universe for me to escape to and forget about it all. As of late, things have seemed to veer back toward normalcy so we shall see. Through it all though I have found that staying positive and finding happiness within myself is key. I was always one to let my world come crashing inward when things outside of my control started going south. To carry the weight of it all and allow myself to crumble so easily. Quite literally through the career I have grown through my blog, through experiencing and overcoming struggles and simply just focusing on finding myself and what makes me happy, I have gotten to a point of peace. Peace within myself and who I am and what I want so whatever life decides to throw at me, I feel a little bit more like… I’ve GOT THIS.
Today I am sooooo excited to share a really HUGE Addison’s Wonderland brick & mortar store update!!! Eeeeekkkk! We have been doing the “boring” stuff for so long now but the fun and the pretty has begun! We have made lots of progress now on stock for the store and I’ve competed the design plan for the space so now it’s just a matter of putting together all of the pieces. One major element inside the space, an AMAZING mural, was completed last week so stay tuned for the reveal of that later this week! Here is a teeny little sneak peek…
