Happy Saturday!!! Finishing up this post this Friday evening from our NYC hotel room! We got in late last night so the girls were ready to call it a night around 9pm today. But we did a TON! If you are following along on IG stories I shared lots of peeks into our time at Summit One Vanderbilt which was AMAZING. It’s a new immersive art experience that features a ton of glass and mirrors… all on the 91st, 92nd and 93rd stories of the building with clear glass floor lookouts and such that all really mess with your perspective and of course any fear of heights! We also went to Stardust Diner which is always a must for me when people come to NYC for the first time. I’ve taken both of my girls in the past and it’s just such a fun, unique dining experience. All of the wait staff is aspiring Broadway stars so they sing Broadway songs all throughout the diner all day while serving. So fun! We also did a little shopping, showed Caroline (our French exchange student… which is the reason we are in NYC!) around Times Square and then ended the day at my favorite restaurant in NYC… Buddakan.
