Happy Almost Christmas! As usual, I cannot even believe it is almost Christmas, almost 2019 and that my girlies are halfway finished with Kindergarten and 5th Grade!!! Life truly just flies on by sometimes. Today I am popping in so super fast to share an absolutely HUGE “Our Treehouse Wonderland” update post! I have been updating you guys lots on IG stories but have only done a little bit of updating here on the blog. Several weeks ago I shared a peek inside the master bedroom but that’s about all you guys have seen! So get ready for some mega changes and updates!
As I shared on that post, I partnered with Ace Hardware for the paint transformation of our little mountain retreat. It’s in the same community as “Our Wilderness Wonderland” that we rent out on Airbnb (RENTAL LINK HERE!) and it will also be available to rent very soon so stay tuned! For this renovation, I knew I wanted it to be pretty light, bright and airy with some super fun touches so I chose a fairly neutral palette from Ace‘s Clark + Kensington paint line. They truly have the prettiest colors! For the ceiling, I chose Adobe Hut (N-C3) by Clark + Kensington for it’s perfect mix of grey and brown. From there, I chose Silent White (CW-C1) by Clark + Kensington paint for all of the trim and the walls except in the master bedroom because it’s pretty close to a pure white. Not too warm and not too cool. It is JUST RIGHT! And finally, the master bedroom walls are Clark + Kensington’s Midnight Stroll (N-C16). A pretty pure black. Before I share the mega updates, I PROMISE YOU that I will share every single product detail from the updates inside our little “treehouse” after the New Year. I am currently just trying to keep my head above water through the Holidays and then I will be back in 2019 with every last detail! Oh and I will also be back with WAY MORE blog posts and two HUGE new project announcements! And no, not new house renovations although I am sure we will have lots of those in 2019 as well… we are talking new Addison’s Wonderland COMPANY expansions!
