The Inspiration Behind the AnnaBelle Collection
About five and a half years ago, I was working for a children’s clothing company called Matilda Jane. I am sure most of you are familiar with them or you at least are by now from my girl’s ridiculous closets. LOL. I guess that’s what happens when you love color, love ruffles and have two little girlie girls. It’s an obsession. A bad, bad, very expensive obsession. I wouldn’t suggest even getting started. Hehe.
Anyways, I was a trunk keeper in 2009 and booked a show in North GA. I thought “ugh”. It was almost two hours from my house and in a city I never even knew existed. I ALMOST gave it to someone else but decided to make the hike to the boonies. That day I met one of the sweetest girls ever. It all started when I saw the Twilight book series on her book shelf and now five years and three “vampire hunting” trips to the Pacific Northwest later, she is one of my very best friends.
So what happens when you befriend someone who owns a children’s bedding company? Well, whether you like it or not, you get a bedding line designed just for your little girl. And her fabulously talented and crafty mommy did the rest to make this one precious little nursery fit for a princess.
Meet sweet little Posey Roe and her gorgeous big sissy Lux…
