Happy Wednesday!!!!! Goodness I just love y’all so much. I continue to be smothered in pure LOVE on social media and it makes my heart happy each and every day when I open my direct messages. One day I will open up more but until then, THANK YOU. Thank you for understanding this has been a difficult season for my daughters and I and thank you for following along with all of the ups and downs of my crazy life journey. Blogging has quickly become even more of a blessing during this season of life. Having a creative outlet where I am free to express myself creatively as well as through words and quotes and writing has been so wonderful for me. So so so wonderful. As I said, I do plan to open up more but in due time.

Today I partnered with Walmart to share the most colorful, pattern filled and WARM Fall/Winter update to my breakfast room! If you may have noticed on my blog these last few months, I have gotten hooked on shopping Walmart for all things home decor. I have done so many room makeovers lately and have found THE CUTEST things on Walmart.com. So when it came to adding a little Winter warmth to my breakfast room, I was excited to peruse all of Walmart’s fun new Fall & Winter finds. I can honestly say that this is probably one of the most used and loved rooms in our home yet I never share it for some reason! Possibly because it is always so covered in homework and blog projects and dinner crumbs that photographing it is never an easy option. LOL! Although I LOVE Fall decor, I wanted to create something a little more transitional. Kind of a mix of Fall and Winter. Like a cozy, modern, “cabin” vibe but minus the cabin. Does that makes sense?? LOL! Since I love color and pattern play like something crazy, I decided to push the limits to create a really warm and luxe look that could easily transition from Fall to Winter to Christmas.

Although I am personally, admittedly, not the biggest fan ever of the color red, I do loooove it for the Holidays. I love the warmth and allllll the Holiday feels. When creating this look, I was super inspired by some styling images on Walmart.com. Although I always love to beat to the rhythm of my own drummer when it comes to design, I just loved the rug/chair/fur combo so much that I decided it would be the perfect addition to my breakfast room for the upcoming season. And oh my gosh do I love it?!?!? I am OBSESSED!!!!!!! Here’s a peek at my new breakfast room refresh for the Holidays!!!
