Happy Wednesday! Hope you are all having a fabulous week so far! My week has been a little crazy I must say. So much to do and not enough energy to wrap my brain around actually doing it all. Thus the reason I decided to jump right into something I have been wanting to try for a looong time… going vegan. I have decided to finally give it a try in hopes of more energy and a good little reset. I love detoxing from things every now and again and I have never even gone fully vegetarian so this will be a new one for me! I was pescatarian for over a decade so giving up meat shouldn’t be too hard but seafood and dairy I am a little nervous about. I looove me some cheese. And the baked goods thing. I may actually cry over that one. I will need LOTS of meal ideas friends! So if any of you are vegan DO SHARE!!
