Lightweight Jacket / Sport Shirt / Jeans / Aviators
Happy Fall Y’all! This weekend we welcomed Fall with a short little trip to the Ritz Carlton at Lake Oconee in Middle Georgia. Work has been crazy, our house restoration has been nuts and the girlies are about ready to jump out of their skin in our rental home so with two days off of school, we decided to run away to the most beautiful resort in Georgia. Although we absolutely have definite seasons in the South, our Fall takes quite a little while to come around. The 90 degree weather tries to stick around as absolute long as possible. Although we did sneak in our last swim of Summer, in mid-October, the evenings and mornings were super crisp and gave us the most amazing hint of Fall. And once we see one leaf fall around here, we break out the jackets!
Last week I shared my hubby Mark in a more “dressy” casual men’s look and today I am sharing a more casual men’s look for Fall and Winter. I love layering and mixing colors and patterns so that is perfect for this time of year! On my hunt I started (and ended) at my absolute favorite store for every single member of our family… Nordstrom. Online shopping has become my only form of shopping these days with all of our craziness going on so I love that Nordstrom offers free shipping and returns! Their quality and selection is so wonderful that I rarely even have to do so but it’s always nice to have that option. I found THE softest button down shirt that is a super handsome trim fit and the pattern coordinate with so much in his closet! Next I ordered the best fitting straight leg jeans in a dark rinse. He has literally been wearing them daily. Not even kidding. Next up… a lightweight jacket! Here in Georgia our Winters are usually super mild so lightweight lasts for months and months. I loved this nautical gray color with an amazing green undertone. Not to mention that it is trim fit and fleece! And finally, you cannot go wrong with aviators on a man so these RayBans were the perfect choice! Here’s a peek at Mark and our sweet girlies…
