Today I made the executive decision to blog more and “post a million pictures and mile long text” less. I decided that MAYBE just maybe y’all just want some sneak peeks every now and then. So today that is exactly what I am doing! A quick little sneak peek at the progress of our dining room!!!
First, let’s chat about some things. YES, I still love color. And YES, I plan on infusing lots of it in our dining room through fabrics and a custom bench. I also plan on making our adjoining living room a little funky so I decided to make the dining room a wee bit more traditional. Next, our new chairs and rug are very wrinkled and I do plan on fixing that. Eventually 😉 Yes, I had an amazing green rug in here but decided to move it elsewhere and I will share that room soon because it looks AMAZING! The rug was slightly darker than I thought and I decided it took away from the fabulous wallpaper a little more than I wanted. Also, I picked up the cutest cabinet from HomeGoods for the area between the windows. And finally, the table on the left is possibly not staying there. And neither are the lamps. Maybe. Still playing around with some things. More updates coming soon!
