Four more days and the year will officially be 1/4 complete! What in the heck has happened to 2017?!? Spring is already here and the birds have been driving us absolutely nuts chirping before the sun even rises. Like freaking crazy. As in we just bought a fake owl, “with glossy intimidating eyes” to put outside our master bedroom window. I will share our new family “pet” with you all soon. Hehe. With our crazy Georgia heat and humidity, Spring and Fall are my absolute favorite times of year. Short sleeves, jeans and sandals become our uniform and we try and soak up as much bearable weather as we can before the outdoors become a sauna.
This weekend was Georgia weather perfection! We have a new front porch swing that I will share on the blog later this week and I think we spent about half of the weekend sitting in the swing watching the girls play, the neighbors walk their dogs and kids ride their bikes down the street. I told Mark I felt like we were old people watching cars drive by and he reminded me that we will be nomads traveling the US in an RV by then. See, I told you we were crazy 😉
