Good Morningggggg! Sitting here in headache central after the most fun night of games with the kiddos and then late night wine chats with Ab and her fiance Jess. And John of course! As I shared on stories yesterday, we did another “minute to win it” game night last night with our four kiddos plus our exchange student and I think I had laughing tears streaming down my face for three straight hours. Our French exchange student Caroline who is an absolute DOLL got into the crazy competitive spirit that is our family game nights and WON!
Today I am sharing the reveal of a little bedroom addition we tackled last week. And when I say tackled I guess I am referring to the always fun task of shoving a duvet insert into a duvet cover. LOL! I found the PRETTIEST duvet… for UNDER $60 in a KING SIZE… that was exactly what I have been looking for to complete our bedroom. One thing I always love doing when decorating a bedroom is to layer neutral colors and textures in bedding and then finish it off with a touch of color and pattern at the foot of the bed. It always feels very visually grounding and is the perfect touch of… not too much color/pattern-wise but also not too blah. A finishing touch that always seems to compliment the rest of the space just perfectly!
