Eight years later and we are finally using our back porch! Yep, you may have seen this space furnished as a dining room for a hot minute quite a few years back but we literally never ever ever used it. The table and chairs were always covered in pollen, rain or dirt and we just quite honestly never really felt like cleaning it all up to dine outside. This time around we decided that a cozy, outdoor living room setup is what we wanted and we’ve now enjoyed this porch more in the last five days than we did the last five years! With the addition of the pool view and our new cozy and always clean (will explain shortly) sofa and chairs, it’s replaced our front porch swing as our new little relaxation destination. John and I even ate dinner out here on the coffee table last night actually!

To be honest, as always, outdoor furniture is usually the worst in my opinion.
