Happy SUMMER!!! Although it may not officially be Summer until late June, school is out and it’s now a cool 95 degrees every day here in Georgia. Ugh. Thank goodness we have flown far far away to the much cooler southern coast of Europe for the Summer. Well, almost six weeks of it at least. Today I have partnered with At Homes Stores to complete a project in Addison’s bedroom that I have been wanting to complete for quite some time now. The area above her dresser has been blank since we finished our home and I have been wanting to think of something special for her for that space. I am not big on a wall full of random, meaningless artwork (just me personally in my own home ) so I wanted to do a little bit of everything that she loves. I chose every single frame as well as some of framed art pieces from At Home Stores and I am IN LOOOOOOVE with the finished product!
At Homes Stores is THE PLACE for home decor with endless possibilities for every budget. We have one pretty local to us so I love to pop in as often as possible to see what’s new. For any gallery wall, they have aisles and aisles of options. Everything from canvas prints to empty frames to framed artwork and even other types of small wall decor that would be so cute intertwined with artwork. For Addison’s gallery wall I decided I wanted to keep it light and bright with lots of white and hints of pink and peach throughout. I chose all white, gold and whitewashed wood frames to keep it light overall. I chose some of Addison’s own artwork along with Harry Potter quotes, reading quotes, places we have travelled and girl/women empowering quotes. I love how it turned out SOOOO much!
XOXO, Brittany Hayes
