Grab your hubby, your wife, partner or a friend and join us in the one of the most romantic places on Earth… ITALY!!! We have put together the absolute best of Italy – wine, food and history – for an 8-day journey to Rome and Tuscany, two of the world’s most beloved destinations. From learning how to make perfect pasta at a Chianti cooking class to hiking and lunching at a local farmhouse in San Gimignano, you’ll explore both the iconic and lesser-known sites of Italy. And you all know that after spending close to one year combined time in Europe over the years, the lesser known sites are always the ones I love and remember most. Whether you are timid about traveling abroad alone or you just love the idea of meeting new people, this is the trip for you! Most everything is already planned and completely taken care of and all that’s left to do is eat, drink and make memories that’ll last a lifetime!

Needless to say… we are beyond excited about this one! I will be joined by John, Ab and her fiance Jess and the four of us cannot wait to welcome you in Rome next April… well, March 😉 The trip is 8 days and 7 nights March 31, 2024 through April 7, 2024 which is our Spring Break! I have been to Italy multiple times and it is truly one of the most culturally rich, incredibly yummy and most memorable places I’ve ever been. And did I mention the FOOD?!? And the WINEEEEEE?!?
The trip cost is $4398 per person and includes an absolute TON! The cost includes seven nights of accommodations (two nights in Rome, two nights in Montecatini Terme, two nights in Siena and then the final night back in Rome). It also includes both airport transfers, all breakfasts and then lots of extra meals and experiences. Those are… a group dinner at a local restaurant the first evening… a Gastro tour and lunch the second day as well as a historical tour of Rome (think the Colosseum, Spanish Steps and such…)… a walking tour of Orvieto the third day as well as a local lunch and then a wine tasting in the medieval city of Montalcino… a pasta cooking class the fourth day followed by lunch, a Florence walking tour as well as an olive oil and wine tasting… a hike in San Gimignano on the fifth day followed by a local lunch and then a walking tour of Siena… and then finally a Pecorino cheese tasting followed by a farewell group dinner on the seventh day. Flights are once again NOT INCLUDED and are to be booked on your own… everyone will be arriving from different destinations and you’ll be able to extend your travels on your own if you’d like as well!
Once again, we went a bit outside of what our travel company typically sets up for these travels and upgraded all of the accommodations to 4+ stars and upgraded all of the meals and experiences. Hey, when you travel halfway across the world you want the full experience right?!?
In addition to myself, John, Ab and Jess, we will be welcoming eleven to twelve couples… yes, we do require two bookings at a time (but feel free to bring a significant other or a friend!)… and we absolutely cannot WAIT to travel with all of you!!!
