Can you EVEN believe it is that time again?!? Given that we just decided this weekend to shoot for a Thanksgiving move-in date, the Holidays may be a wee but more stressful for us this year. And just yesterday I heard on the radio that 33% of shoppers are already FINISHED with Holiday shopping. Say wha?!? That needs to be ME! Especially this year. To be honest, my shopping thoughts have been on lighting, cabinet hardware and furniture this past week and the Holidays have barely even crossed my mind! Oh and not to mention the slew of birthdays that fall between now and Christmas in our family. Addison’s birthday is December 7th and it sneaks up on us every single year! So I have officially decided to get a jump on it for once and as usual, Nordstrom will be my first stop on the Holiday shopping train.
With gifts in every single shopping category, unbeatable customer service and free shipping/returns, it seems crazy to not knock out most everything in one click at Nordstrom. To be completely honest, even though I have been obsessed with Nordstrom for clothes, shoes and accessories, I didn’t realize they had a huge selection of gifts for kids! And with my crazy busy schedule these days, being able to add some fun and unique gifts for my girls into my shopping cart while I am shopping for Mark and my family is a huge plus! So today I have consulted with my girls to create the ultimate shopping guide for the kiddos in your life. Whether it’s for a birthday or Christmas day, we’ve got you covered!
How cute are those?!? I let each kiddo pick out six faves and now of course they want them all. Oops, forgot to mention that the picks were for mommy’s blog and not for immediate delivery ;-). I did let Addie choose a couple of early birthday presents and she was so obsessed with the sleep tee that she wanted to wear it as a tee or a dress. And it turned out pretty darn cute! Her next choice was pink Hunter Boots to match mommy’s new boots and then a Lego journal?!? Right up her alley! She loves to do art and is mega obsessed with all things Legos. She attaches all of her favorite little creations to the Lego band on her new journal. And finally, she chose Magic Puffy Pens. She can draw and create whatever she wants and then a little heat from my hair dryer brings her art to life as it rises from the page. The cutest! Here’s a peek at her new faves!
