Soooo y’all are AMAZING… Seriously such a huge week for my blog and social media over here in bloggy land! Thank y’all! I hit 100k on Instagram and Addison’s bedroom reveal got shared so many times! So I thought that maybe for once I should go in order and share her bathroom reveal today!

Addison’s bathroom is quite possibly the smallest and funkiest little space in Our Historic Wonderland. If you remember from her bedroom reveal on Monday, I decided to “carve” a little bathroom and closet out of attic space next to her bedroom. I completely re-invented the entire upstairs and so we had to make a bedroom suite from a space upstairs that used to house a second staircase…

So here’s a look back at her bedroom TODAY! You can also see her bathroom door on the back right side of the room…

Her bathroom is tiny and windowless and has a very sharp angled ceiling. BUT it’s still a bathroom and it is her very own. I was of course still determined to make it cute no matter the size. I wanted it to be as bright as possible given the lack of sunlight and low ceiling so I chose to make it all white and shiny. As I mentioned in my last post, Shaw Floors is AMAZING and made all of my flooring dreams come true in our home restoration. Since our home is 112 years old, I tried to include as many “vintage” touches as possible so I chose Shaw’s Elegance 3 x 6 Tile in White for the shower and walls as well as Shaw’s Elegance Hexagon Mosaic in White for the floors. I chose a gray grout (literally called GRAY but not sure of the brand) to make this super white bathroom also super functional. I then continued the wallpaper from her bedroom ceiling into the bathroom to add a little whimsical touch to the space. The cabinet was something I sketched out and had made. I accented with oil rubbed bronze fixtures to coordinate with the grout and some accessories from HomeGoods! It turned out pretty cute! Here’s a peek at Addison’s bathroom TODAY!

Addison's Wonderland began in 2011 as everything that I dreamed of for my daughter's room. I wanted to create a dreamy wonderland for her full of colors, patterns and precious details. Once her room was complete, Addison's Wonderland was born.
