It’s the Little Things…

Happy MARCH!!! My gosh the weeks have just been flying. As you may have seen on social media, Ab, John and I spent the weekend before last in Florida doing a pre-demo walk-thru of the most gorgeous home on the water down in St. Petersburg. Can’t even believe that’s already been over a week ago! We did a pre-walk through of a home that AW Design is tackling from start to finish. Every single room! Could not POSSIBLY be more excited! Or busier… 😉

So… that trip put us a teency bit behind and last week was our first week in 2021 without a blog post. Dang, we were doing so good! Back at it THIS WEEK! I pinky promise because I actually spent a really long time writing tomorrow’s post. I’ve been asked often about juggling that mommy/work/life/entrepreneur thing and I didn’t realize I had so much to say about it! I am breaking down our day to day and how I’ve layered things on over the years.

So I just wanted to pop in and say HAPPY MARCH and that we are back to regularly scheduled blogging. Popped on to say that and to share a little tidbit of what has been helping me so much as a working mom that has added yet another thing to make plate with AW Design… Walmart+! I can honestly say that all things 21st century technology is one thing that keeps the wheel turning for me. Things like grocery delivery from Walmart! I started Walmart+ last September and have not looked back! I can honestly say that I have hardly stepped into a store AT ALL since then. I can honestly say that I order EVERYTHING online. Everything. I definitely think Covid jumpstarted that. I used to pick the girlies up from school and then hit the store with them but now I do grocery delivery and it has given me soooo much more time in my day. One of the benefits of Walmart+ is free delivery from your store ($35 minimum. Restrictions apply). Groceries & more delivered as soon as today, at the same everyday low prices you love! As part of the membership, they also offer member prices on fuel and the mobile scan & go. Like I said above, dinnertime is extremely important to me so having things to cook, even super simple ideas, is huge for me. This go around it was spaghetti and Keto snacks!

And speaking of Keto, I will share a full post of my favorite snacks that have gotten me through this crazy carb and sugar free life. Lots of which are from Walmart… (Keto is not for everyone. Please consult your doctor or other health care professional before starting a new diet)

Oh and if you follow me on IG stories, you may have seen where I have been on the hunt to find a spaghetti sauce that John actually likes that isn’t homemade. I loooove making it homemade and I usually do BUT I also love being able to order a quick Walmart+ delivery and make dinner in a snap. And I have an update… I found one!!! Raos is THE BEST and it’s available at Walmart! I use spaghetti squash for me and my Keto diet and can have dinner ready quick and it’s actually yummy enough for my Italian man ;-).
