Just when you thought we’d bitten off way more than we can chew with Our Historic Wonderland, we bought another house! Yep, a good ole’ fixer upper! This one is our newest AW Properties flip property on Lake Oconee in middle Georgia. We closed on this home about two weeks ago and we will be getting started on the renovations in early January. I have lots of huge ideas for this little home and I can’t wait to share them with you and bring you along for the ride! Just to give you a little sneak peek into my plans… the dining room will become another bedroom, the breakfast room will be the extended kitchen, the kitchen island will become the dining room and the basement will have lots of sleeping space!
