Good morning everyone! I am sitting here sipping my sugar-less coffee and watching The Bachelor Winter Games on recording. I always wonder when this show franchise will ever end but apparently never! LOL! It just continues to reinvent itself and keep me shamelessly hooked. Sometimes you just need some good juicy mindless television. Or something to get your mind off of the twenty beheadings we see every night on Game of Thrones. Seriously y’all… how does everyone love this show??? I keep trying so hard to like it and it is just NOT happening.
Tonight we are headed up to our cabin for the weekend so I am about to start loading up all kinds of furniture and accessory goodness. Well, right after I head up to Winnie’s school for her Valentine’s Day party. I never ever grow tired of seeing the excitement and surprise on her face every time I walk into her classroom. Pure sweet innocent love and adoration! Eating it up while it lasts. Then I will come back home and get all loaded up. Our master bedroom is literally jam packed with boxes and bags and mattresses. Excited to get it all unloaded into our cabin this weekend and get it all looking cute so we can finally rent it out! If you haven’t already heard, we will be renting out our cabin so you all will have the chance to experience one of our very favorite places in our very own home. A very relaxing and soon to be colorful getaway.
Today I wanted to pop in and share a peek at some changes I just made in our dining room last week. You can see the previous setup HERE. It’s pretty much the longest story ever on why I rearranged it AGAIN. For now at least. But I will try and make it short and sweet… So I had an in-home sale last week and I wanted to sell 2 of the 6 rattan chairs I have but the extra two are at our business and Mark forgot to bring them home SO I brought the two from our dining room down to our basement for the sale. Then I moved the wardrobe rack from our master bedroom out into our living room/hallway area for the sale to display children’s clothing I was selling so I moved the bench that was there back to the dining table. And voila! A new setup that I kind of actually LOVE! Plus, a magazine came and shot our kitchen and breakfast room on Tuesday and left me with the most GORGEOUS real cherry blossom stems so it all just called for another blog post 😉
And lastly, I wanted to share with you all where I purchase 99% of the fabric in our home. I get asked quite often where I purchase fabric for the custom furnishings and window treatments in our home so here you go… I purchase them all from RIGHT HERE. I have shopped at this online store for YEARS now and even purchased this beautiful blue linen fabric for the ruffled bench there as well! You can purchase and view that fabric RIGHT HERE. You can also have your first sneak peek at three fabrics I just used for custom drapery panels in our living room, dining room and master bathroom as well. I chose THIS ONE… THIS ONE and THIS ONE. I picked up the twelve panels yesterday from my local drapery lady and will have Mark hang them early next week! Happy Thursday! XOXO
